Task Assignments

Overview

The Task Assignment application allows the organizers of an event (such as a potluck) to post items or task that should be accomplished by the participants.

What

See what users of the Task Assignments application can do:

• Participants Page: Organizers create the list of event participants.
• Post Task Page: Organizers post tasks that need to be accomplished.
• Volunteer For A Task Page: Participants and organizers sign up for tasks.

Related Applications:

• Wedding Registry Or Baby Shower: Organizers post a list of suggested gifts to be purchased by invitees. Invitees can indicate the gifts that they are planning to bring in order to prevent duplicates.
• Event Staffing: An application similar to Task Assignments, however, the event organizers explicitly assign tasks to staff members instead of the "free-for-all" signup process.
